Vinification and maturation: Grapes hand-picked and left in maceration for six days. After that, the grapes are pressed and immediately put in wooden barrels. After one year of wood, wine matures for two years in steel tanks. When bottled, the wine is left in bottles for at least a year.
Food pairings: Wine goes great together with fish, clams or non-spicy cheeses.
