Vinification and maturation: Grapes hand-picked and put trough maceration process for ten days before being pressed. Next, the wine is left for three years in a steel tank. When bottled, the wine is left in bottles for at least a year to allow the wine to set completely.
Food pairings: Wine goes great together with lamb meat, medium reap aromatic cheeses, spiced beef or game.
