Vinification and maturation: Grapes hand-picked and pressed within a few hours, left to mature for two years in steel tank, allowing for the wine to obtain bigger body and more complex profile. When bottled, the wine is left in bottles for at least 6 months, to let the wine tim for it to be fully ready for consumption. .

Food pairings: Wine goes great together with roast chicken, turkey and other white meats. It also goes great together with mushroom soups and aged cheeses.
