Vinification and maturation: Grapes hand-picked and put trough maceration process for ten days before being pressed. Next, the wine is put in oak barrels for three years to mature and is then left for three years in a steel tank. When bottled, the wine is left in bottles for at least a year to allow the wine to set completely.
Food pairings: Wine goes great together with lamb meat, medium reap aromatic cheeses, spiced beef or game.
