Year: 2012
Grape: Cabernet Sauvignon 100%
Alcohol level: 14,5%
Vineyards exposure: West
Soil: marl(opoka)
Vinification and maturation: Grapes hand-picked and put trough maceration process for ten days before being pressed. Next, the wine is put in oak barrels for five years to mature and is then left for three years in a steel tank. When bottled, the wine is left in bottles laying down in big wooden boxes, which lets the wine settle completely without exposure to UV and other elements.
Food pairings: Wine goes great together with lamb meat, medium reap aromatic cheeses, spiced beef or game.
