Vinification and maturation: Every sort hand picked at it’s optimal time. Rebula, Chardonnay and Pinot grigio are pressed immediately, Saviugnon goes trough maceration process for six days. When every sort of wine matures it is carefully mixed in an interesting blend. After mixing the wine sits in inox tanks for at least two years before bottling. After bottled wine sits in bottles for at least one year before is fully ready to drink.
Food pairings: Wine goes great together with seafood or vegetable creamy risottos. It also goes great with light pastas with clams or other seafood or vegetables.
